FIRE & GAS TIGHT DAMPER – SOLAS A0-A60
The SFDT fire damper is used to prevent the spread of fire inside ventilation and air-conditioning systems on ships. The heavyweight frame, made from 4 pieces welded together, means it can be installed on loadbearing structures such as bridges and bulkheads. The SFDT version includes a number of special features to ensure optimum tightness.
